After 30 years of crunching numbers for other people, I retired with one goal: to take my health seriously for the first time. What I found in the supplement industry shocked me — and that's what started this site.

Why I Started This

Three years ago I walked away from a career in accounting and decided to invest the same analytical discipline I'd applied to balance sheets into something more personal — my own health. I started researching supplements seriously, the way I would have researched any financial decision: with skepticism, data, and a refusal to be sold something on faith alone.

What I found was alarming. The supplement industry is crowded with products backed by clever marketing and little else. Flashy labels, celebrity endorsements, and review sites that exist purely to collect affiliate commissions. I couldn't find a single place that reviewed products the way I would — methodically, honestly, and without a financial incentive to tell me everything was great.

So I built it myself. JoodiReviews is the site I wished had existed when I started this journey.

How I Review

1
Ingredient Analysis Every ingredient is researched individually — dosages, published clinical studies, and whether the formula is built on evidence or marketing buzzwords.
2
Independent User Feedback I look at verified customer experiences from multiple sources — not the hand-picked testimonials on the vendor's own website.
3
Value Assessment Does the price reflect what's actually in the bottle? I compare cost per serving, ingredient quality, and whether cheaper alternatives exist.
4
An Honest Verdict I tell you who this product is for — and equally important, who it is not for. No product suits everyone, and I won't pretend otherwise.

Affiliate Disclosure

This site is reader-supported. When you purchase through links on this site, I may earn an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you.

This commission never influences my reviews. If a product doesn't hold up under scrutiny, I say so — regardless of what it pays. My analysis is based on evidence, not earnings. That is the only way this works.
